PERIDOT by Hana Mijwel dress c/o | H&M blazer | Zara shoes (also love these) | J.Crew necklace borrowed from Diana | ASOS clutch
When I shop for quality pieces there are a few key things I look for: unique details, comfortable wear, and transitional color. This dress from PERIDOT by Hana Mijwel hit those checkpoints for me. I love the bias cut for a little lengthening, the ruching from the front and back gathered on the hip is so flattering, and the way this material just moves with me makes it all-day wearable. There are many other details I'm in love with that I'm sure you can notice for yourself (especially the amazing cut of the back). This sand color is beautiful for Summer and to layer up on the neutral palette I paired it with an ivory blazer for daytime, and without the blazer it makes for a perfect cocktail dress.
I am excited to announce that PERIDOT by Hana Mijwel is offering an exclusive 30% off discount for 'LoSo Fancy' readers! The duo behind the brand are an amazingly talented team of young ladies/emerging designers who design luxury womenswear internationally between Lebanon, Italy, and NYC. I personally love that their mission is to design trendy yet timeless pieces for the confident woman because if you feel confident, you look confident... and that's a fact!

I also want to share some snapshots from the beautiful home of a sweet friend who let us do this photoshoot in her classic sea captain's home in Barrington, RI. I'm not sure if any further description of it can do it justice for it's true beauty (she has such a good eye for interior design), but here are some snapshots through my eyes...
Thanks so much for reading! Have a great weekend!

J.Crew dress (same dress style here) | Zara shoes | ASOS clutch (also love this one) | J.Crew bracelet | NARS Lipstick in 'Schiap'
I'm still speechless over how much I love this dress and I don't think there is much I can/need to say about why this print in this style is appropriate for the upcoming season. But I can positively say that I foresee this being worn on repeat for the majority of the Summer.
Happy weekend!

J.Crew blazer | J.Crew shirt | Zara skirt (similar here & here) | J.Crew belt | J.Crew shoes | Michael Kors bag via Marshalls | Jewel IQ necklace, Michael Kors watch, J.Crew bracelet
With warmer weather on it's way I've become a big fan of all things linen. This look is easy for the office setting - just wear the blazer to and from work and fashion the linen button down for running the office errands. It's a lightweight and breathable piece that's also perfect as a casual layer over a sundress or paired with denim shorts for the weekend.
Hope you're having a good week so far!

J.Crew sweater | J.Crew skirt | Converse sneakers | J.Crew belt | Target hat | Coach 'Willis' bag | Jewel IQ necklace (similar here), J.Crew bangle, Alex and Ani bracelet, Michael Kors watch | NARS Satin Lip Pencil 'Luxembourg'
I cannot get enough of this sweater. Incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and easy to wear with anything. I styled it with this skirt to add some feminine flare to the men's inspired baseball tee but still keep it casually cool with my Converses. They're my first and only pair of Chucks I own and I've had them since college so they've been through quite a bit, but I hope I never have to replace them. Also, let me just mention how obsessed I am with this yellow straw baseball cap. It fits my head so comfortably that I wish I could wear it everyday, if only my work attire allowed for it. I'll stick to sporting it mainly on the weekends.
