A Floral Statement

New England has been living a lie this month; the silly groundhog really got me thinking Spring is right around the corner, but I keep getting stuck in snow every corner I turn. I'm getting impatient so this is my "anxious for Spring" outfit. I love layering clothes but I'm also a simple gal when it comes to putting looks together so when wearing a statement necklace like this one I really don't need anything else.
